Only members may re-book in-office, call, or send a message to request next month's appointment, no additional deposit necessary! (Allowed to book a maximum of 6 weeks in advance). Note: If you're unable to pre-book in the office, it is best to request the next month's appointment between the 1st & 10th of the month we are in, to get the best slots.

Non-members will only be able to book online up to 21 days in advance - 100% deposit will be required.
Last Minute Reschedule | Cancellation | No-show Policy
​
Non-members: All deposits are non-refundable. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total. The remaining amount may be deducted from your future appointment cost. “No-show” appointments will forfeit the amount of the deposit.
Members: The first two times a client cancels or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, it will be noted in their file. Afterwards, they will no longer receive preferential scheduling and have to wait to book their appointment online. Any last minute cancellations or reschedules after will be handled as a no show. “No-show” appointments will count as a service used.
