Last Minute Reschedule | Cancellation | No-Show Policy
When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another client. You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Non-members: All deposits are non-refundable. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total. The remaining amount may be deducted from your future appointment cost. “No call, No show” appointments will forfeit the amount of the deposit.
Members: As an annual member, the first two times you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment time, it will be noted in your file. Afterwards, you will no longer receive preferential scheduling and have to wait to book your appointment online. Any last minute cancellations or reschedules afterward will be handled as a no show. “No call, No show” appointments will count as a membership service used.
