Cancellation of Appointments/ Last Minute Rescheduling
When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another client. It is very important that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.
The first two times you cancel or reschedule at the last minute, we will make a note in your file.
On your third missed appointment, a fee of 20% of your services will be charged to your account. An invoice will be sent out and no future appointments can be made until the fee invoice is paid.
After three consecutive occurrences, we may elect to terminate our relationship with you. If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible.
No Call, No Show
If you do not contact us and do not show for your appointment, we will attempt to charge the card on file. If the card cannot be charged, you will receive an invoice for the cost of your services. You will not be allowed to book until your invoice has been paid. If you have more than (1) one occurrence within a year, we may elect to terminate our relationship with you.
